Children’s Catechumenate

2010-11

Children who are of catechetical cage, normally 7 to mid-teens, participate in the Children’s Catechumenate which is the Rite of Christian Initiation adapted for children.  Depending upon their age and previous religious formation, the process normally extends over at least a year and possibly more.  When the children are ready they may celebrate Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation at the Easter Vigil.
