The output template "t_login.htm" exists and was found by the MailMan script, but the script does not have permission to read it.
On most Unix systems, you can go to the directory where MailMan is installed and type "chmod 644 t_login.htm" to solve this problem. If your HTTP server is running in a different operating in a different operating system, consult your HTTP server and operating system documentation for more information.
