Note:
Registration fee entitles you to participate in all conference activities and meals, plus a notebook of conference materials for each registrant. Transportation, lodging, and other food costs are your responsibility. (You will be sent a list of lodging options upon registration.) Cancellations must be submitted by Dec. 10, 2005. Cancel by this date to receive a full refund less $25 processing fee.

Confirmation by mail: Registrants will receive confirmation and detailed programs by mail.

Times: Sign-in begins at 5:00 pm Friday; the final plenary ends before lunch at 1:00 on Sunday. (There will be an optional set of workshops, primarily of local interest, after lunch on Sunday until 5:30). Conference Schedule.
